Listening to music
After lights out
Is a sacred act
That makes your blood rush
As if your breaking a law.
The lowest possible volume
Sounds so loud
In the quiet.
The light from the iPod's screen 
As you change songs,
Or re-adjust the volume
Seems like a blaring beacon
In the darkness.
